Project Details
Located in a high-density commercial district of Dubai, the Multistorey Car Park (MLCP) is a purpose-built automated parking facility developed under a Build–Operate–Transfer PPP framework. The project comprises a total built-up area of approximately 20,000 sqm arranged over basement, ground, and six upper floors. It incorporates six fully automated robotic parking towers accommodating close to 400 vehicles, alongside around 3,100 sqm of integrated commercial and retail space. Designed to maximize capacity on a compact urban footprint, the facility combines smart circulation, automation, and sustainable design to support efficient urban mobility.
