Project Details
Located in the holy city of Madinah, the 244-bed Al Ansar Hospital is a purpose-built healthcare facility developed to replace the existing 90-bed hospital and to serve both local residents and visitors of Prophet’s Mosque. The project spans a total built-up area of approximately 90,345 sqm and comprises a comprehensive range of medical support facilities, including an Emergency Department, intensive care units, emergency theatres, and outpatient clinics. Delivered under a PPP framework, the scope of the project covers the design, financing, development, equipping, maintenance, and operation of the non-clinical services of the facility and its associated structures on a 13,074 sqm site.
