Construction Milestone Achieved for Automated Multi-Storey Parking at Souq Al Kabeer, Dubai

In partnership with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Parkin, Dubai’s leading provider of parking facilities, we have reached a key milestone in the public–private partnership (PPP) development of the automated multi-story car park at Souq Al Kabeer.

As the main developer, contractor, and operator, we have completed the casting of the raft foundation—a crucial stage in constructing this state-of-the-art facility. Upon completion in 2025, the multi-level automated parking system will provide 400 spaces, improving traffic flow and accessibility for residents, visitors, and businesses in the densely populated Meena Bazaar area of Bur Dubai.
