Alghanim-Tamasuk Signed Agreement for Al Ansar Hospital in Madinah

Alghanim International, in consortium with Tamasuk, has signed a contract to develop Al Ansar Hospital in Madinah.

The project, led by the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia, is the first hospital in the Kingdom to be delivered under a Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model—marking a key step in expanding private sector participation in healthcare infrastructure.

Located near Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the 13,350 sqm facility will feature 244 beds, enhancing healthcare capacity and response times for residents, pilgrims, and visitors to Madinah.

The project reinforces the consortium’s PPP delivery capabilities and supports Saudi Arabia’s broader vision to modernize and scale its healthcare infrastructure through private sector engagement.
