Alghanim-Tamasuk Achieved Financial Close for Al Ansar Hospital PPP

The Alghanim International–Tamasuk consortium has reached financial close for the 244-bed Al Ansar Hospital Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Madinah. Awarded by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health under the PSP Initiative, the project will deliver design, construction, and 20-year operation, enhancing healthcare services for residents and pilgrims while promoting sustainability and ESG-aligned development.
