Alghanim Achieves Skeleton Completion for RTA Souq Al Kabeer Multi-Storey Car Park Project

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the skeleton structure for the RTA Multi-Storey Car Park at Souq Al Kabeer, marking a significant milestone in this key Dubai infrastructure project.

Developed in partnership with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Parkin under a Public–Private Partnership (PPP), the facility will offer 400 automated parking spaces. Once operational, it will help ease congestion and improve accessibility for residents, visitors, and businesses in Meena Bazaar, a densely populated and commercially active area.
